Firm profile  The firm was established in 2005 by Sharon Langridge, after more than 20 years working in the legal profession. In 2007 Sharon was joined by Alexandra Besnard, who is equally enthusiastic about employment law. Our legal team has a loyal support staff who are the first port of call for clients contacting the office, and who all worked with Sharon in her previous practice. The vast majority of our clients come to us through personal recommendation, and some client relationships have existed since Sharon’s time in the North East, nearly 20 years. Clients  Most of our clients are employers, for whom we offer specialist services tailored to their organisation. Typically this includes SMEs, local authorities, schools and colleges, as well as local businesses which form part of larger companies or PLCs. We also work for small publicly funded organisations and charities. Read more in Our Services. Many of our clients are private individuals who are experiencing problems at work, typically managers and directors but we do not exclude anyone if we can help them. We aim to provide support and assistance where we can and pride ourselves on our independence in the marketplace. We are often instructed by other professionals such as solicitors, barristers and accountants, as we are professional and discreet as well as approachable. |
